EZEAGU RISE FOR NO LIGHT! NO PAYMENT!

Just to inform that this morning today Thursday (21/6/2018). Few minutes ago, women at least thirty of them or thereabout in Ezeagu Street, angrily mobilize themselves to the Baale of Oke-ore, Ojo road (a young chap)  for him to intervene concerning the light situation in the community.

According to information gathered the women said for the past few days they don't have light. This was immediately after there was sudden spark in the supply, led to why they don't have light. Although, the fault had been repaired recently. Beside, the residents were out because of the removal of the Fuse.

Not only this, the issue of crazy bill was also raised, which is the ultimate objective of why the women came outside. The women believe the time to begin to speak up is now. This is also to call for a formidable force among the youth, workers and resident in the community to unite.

It will be that people should peacefully organized themselves on the campaign of AJEGUNLE STAND UP AGAINST DARKNESS! Meanwhile, the spontaneous struggles breaking out in different communities in Ajegunle is a clear indication that privatization of the power sector is a total failure.

That the so-called  private companies are incapable and incompetent to resolve the epileptic power supply. They can't guarantee regular power and the issuance of prepaid metre. Not until we continue to force the company to metre us in Ajegunle and also demand for the sector to be nationalized under the democratic control and management of the workers and the consumers.

The campaign for No Light! No Payment!  Must be widespread in our street, communities, Local government to demand for the re-nationalization of the power sector. If we don't fight. Nothing will happen. It is time. Community by community should organize themselves under democratic elected Defence Working Committee to organize all actions in community peacefully.

Source: Flat Rock By Davy Fidel Writer/Freelance I n Nigeria, at a time, the propaganda branding some news is that our population and our tongue is our problem. That Nigeria is made up of 250 ethnic groups and a population of 180 million is the reason why we are having ethnic clashes unravelling among people.
