THE CAMPAIGNER SPEAKS ON THE ALBUM: "UNDERGROUND UPRISING"

Davy Fidel
(Freelancer)

Friends and lover of music. Music they says fill the soul especially when it is one that hits the core of one's heart when presenting the reality before us as "crusted" bread.

It is on this note The Campaigner - subsidiary of LIFEINSLUM - present Aj Dagga Tolar latest album (2021) titled "Underground Uprising" recently released. The artist is a musician, poet and socialist activist.

This is an album that blends with reggae and Afro-beat, speaking the reality of what this country is and people in the castles are doing, living larger than the millions eating their intestines.

The lyrics is something you won't ignore to listen to. They speak the exact life of every day people like "Problems of Everyday Life".  Joblessness, homelessness, hunger, abuse of democratic rights etc.

The exact reality that confront us as people who vie to eat, drink, pay our bills, send our children to school etc in an economic where the people in power are big boss like their fellow counterpart in the globe.

Every track has it own impact and meaning especially when one patiently listen to them. They are not abstract. They are all connected to the ordeal we see standing before us, speaking to us to the heart.

No doubt, not every one might love whatever kind of music, however, music are all about lyrics; and The Campaigner believe that the artist on his part has endeavour to deliver the best for us to listen and reflect on.

The "Underground Uprising" as an album speaks directly to us as young people, writers, lover of music, workers, people who are not gratify over what stand as monster before them. People who think that the country we live deserve better.

The songs remind me of an article titled https://lifeinslum.blogspot.com/2013/02/reality-doesnt-tell-lies.html?m=1 published in it site many years ago. The artist on his part, in his lyrics tries to open the vamp of these realities. This for The Campaigner is something feat.

Listening to the songs we urge us to endeavour to get our own copies by reaching out to the artist via this number +234 8034513073 to get yours. Or discuss directly with the artist via the means below to support his album. Facebook, instagram, twitter or whatsapp through Dagga Tolar.

The Campaigner believe your support counts especially giving the artist all the necessary support he need by getting his CD. Such songs from our end as a blogger are something that can break bounds when we begin to stretch our hands to get ours.

In conclusion, we say good lyrics, good songs, even good book, no matter what background of philosophical thought doesn't lie especially when it is hitting at the exact spot of what bothers the mind and give answers to the questions.

SUPPORT THE ARTIST BY GETTING YOUR COPY with the above contacts provided. CD or soft audios. You buying it helps to put forward the answers we should be asking and correcting the odds tearing us. Please note, all copyrights of the song are written, arrange by the artist and it must reserved.

The Campaigner urge that we should stay away from PIRACY in order to promote the culture of encouraging artists and writers to feed from their creativity, and discourage the adage that says writers or artists don't deserve better or make a living from what they create as either imagination or reality from the concept of idea.

Support the Art via supporting the originality of writers and artists giving their best to either entertain or educate us with their laudable creativity. With this, lover of music, lover of books can help to give the support they can especially the "Underground Uprising". The Campaigner urge us to buy our copy, listen to it and encourage a friend to buy his or her own.
